I called the water people out to fix it on an insurance plan I had with them however, they wouldn't rod the pipes until I removed a boundary fence, bush and full compost bin that was covering the concrete drain cover.  I called Man About The House who came out very quickly, removed the fence and dug out the bush and took away the compost bin. I was able to get the water people back to clear out the sewer and then Man About The House came back the same day and replaced the boundary fence for me.  A crisis solved, Thank you!
